Recovery Laboratories LLC Return Policy

Effective Date: May 11, 2025

1. General Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to limit the number of returns per individual or household based on the original purchase records. Excessive or abusive return patterns, as determined at our sole discretion, may result in denial of future return privileges and account restrictions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at contact@recoverylaboratories.com. Do not send back items without prior authorization. Returns must be sent to:

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

In certain cases, we may instruct you not to return the item. In such cases, you agree that you are solely responsible for properly destroying the product in accordance with local regulations prior to receiving any refund or exchange. By accepting the refund or exchange, you certify that you have fully destroyed the product and that it will not be used, sold, or transferred to any third party.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect at customerservice@recoverylaboratories.com so we can promptly resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty, skincare items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item per the instructions above. Once your return is approved, place a new order separately.

6. European Union Customers

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
