  • Organic Milk Thistle

    The seed of Silybum marianum, a flowering thistle. Helps support liver function and supports the body's natural detoxification processes.

  • Organic Milk Thistle Extract

    An extract of milk thistle seed that provides silymarin, its flavonolignan complex. Used in herbal medicine to help support liver function.

  • Organic Dandelion Root

    Taraxacum officinale root, from the common dandelion. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help increase bile flow, it promotes healthy digestion and a healthy appetite.

  • Organic Marshmallow Root Extract

    Althaea officinalis root, which is about 5 to 12 percent mucilage, a gel-forming plant fiber. Supports digestive comfort.

  • Refined Shilajit Powder

    A mineral-rich resin that forms in high mountain rock. A naturally occurring source of fulvic acid and trace minerals that helps support healthy energy and vitality.

    I've been taking the liver gaurd for a while now and have much more energy & feel great. I take one in the morning & one in the evening. Easy to eat capsules. Love this product & love all of the natural ingredients Definitely recommend.
